Note:  In the last few years, we have transitioned the meetings to an informal and pleasant atmosphere, while still focusing in on getting things done for the community. Come out and see for yourself!


SOLICITING in the Community

Please be aware that since this is a Deeded Community, it means that the community is private and only those signs permitted per the CC&R’s are allowed.  The only exception is by written permission by the HOA Board of Directors with justification.  Signs that suddenly appear at community entrances are illegal and will be removed.  This also pertains to the door-to-door soliciting of any type.  


COMMUNITY & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Please do not throw cans, bottles, papers, food, lawn clippings, etc, into the community ponds.  It is extremely damaging to the environment and causes a very unsightly and unpleasant condition for the residents.

Residents should be aware that they can be fined for purposely doing any of the above, as lakeside owners and renters can take photos and submit them to SCPM as evidence of doing so.
